Alaynah Schaff joined Gartner right after college, starting in their Sales Development Program as an Account Management Associate. In February, she was promoted to her current role as an Account Executive. Alaynah’s daily tasks are varied and autonomous. Her role now involves managing her book of business, with responsibilities for renewing and growing client relationships while supporting three Account Executives with strategic input on existing clients and renewals.
She holds a double major in Professional Selling and International Business from Baylor University, and her greatest accomplishment is graduating from Baylor. She doesn’t belong to any external organizations outside of Gartner.
Her advice to students is to enjoy the college experience, as the experiences gained during this time are valuable for standing out to recruiters.
