Joshua Palermo has spent the last three years at Medline in the Acute Care market, where he has held roles as a Regional Account Manager, Sales Specialist and Field Sales Trainer. His primary focus is partnering with hospital systems to enhance clinical outcomes, supply chain efficiencies, and facility M&A. Joshua works directly with Hospital’s C-Suite, GPOs, department heads, clinicians, and distributors, to ensure their business needs are met and clinical outcomes improve.
His career began with Medline immediately after graduating from Baylor ProSales. He holds a degree in Professional Selling and was on the Pre-Law track at Baylor University. Joshua’s most notable personal accomplishments are supporting his family, marrying his wife, and becoming a father of one beautiful son. Professionally, he takes pride in his promotion to Regional Account Manager and negotiating distribution deals at a corporate level throughout the Texas market.
Joshua is a member of the American Marketing Association, where he served as the VP of Consulting during his time at Baylor. He emphasizes the importance of trusting in God, leaning into experiences, extracurricular activities, networking, and pursuing opportunities to stay ahead in life.
