Britney’s professional journey reflects a deep commitment to serving the healthcare industry. As a Major Account Executive at Ergotron, she specializes in selling ergonomic medical equipment and mobile workstations into large hospital networks throughout Missouri. This role allows her to continue her passion for improving healthcare environments while leveraging her extensive sales expertise.

Previously, Britney served as a Patterson Dental Territory Representative, covering a broad region including Missouri and Illinois. Her responsibilities involved engaging with many clients, from private practice dental offices to large DSO (Dental Service Organizations) groups. Notably, she also took on the role of the Women in Dentistry Facilitator, organizing educational events tailored to the growing population of female providers entering the dental field.

Britney visited an impressive 5-9 dental offices every day, conducting consultative services to aid in the growth of these practices. Moreover, her role involved addressing the challenges posed by PPO insurance in the dental business. She went the extra mile by co-traveling with manufacturer representatives to educate dental offices about new products that could enhance patient care and improve the overall patient experience.

Britney’s professional journey took root as a Pro-Sales Graduate at Baylor University, graduating with a major in Business in the class of 2009. Her career began with a role as a Sales Representative for The Hershey Company in Dallas, Texas. She subsequently ventured into retail management at Walmart and took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Gold’s Gym. Through these experiences, she discovered her passion for building partnerships with clients through sales. Her current niche in medical and dental sales allows her to work with a specific audience within the healthcare sector.

Professionally, Britney has achieved significant milestones, including breaking the six-figure salary mark in sales and transitioning between industries while applying the fundamental principles of sales. On a personal note, she embarked on a journey that led her from the vibrant state of Texas to Missouri, where she initially knew no one but thrived and even found her husband. Her ability to adapt to new environments and successfully switch industries underscores her resilience and determination.

Britney has remained closely connected to Baylor University and its Pro-Sales program. Since 2013, she has been an active part of the Baylor Pro-Sales Top Gun Ambassador Program. Her involvement has spanned from her student years to her professional life. This program has provided her with opportunities to revisit her alma mater and connect with students, building meaningful friendships with them as they progress in their careers over the years.
