Kelli is a seasoned Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and Corporate Recruiter at Crown Equipment. With nearly two years of experience in her current role, Kelli is now gearing up for an exciting transition to become a Sr. Sales Regional Recruiter as she relocates to New Braunfels, TX. In her tenure at Crown Equipment, she has excelled in recruiting for specialized roles, such as Engineering, IT, and senior leadership positions including Sr. VP of Sales, Law, Engineering, and Cyber Security. Her expertise extends to supporting various departments, including HR, Government Affairs, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain/Global Procurement.
Kelli’s primary focus is on talent acquisition, where she plays a pivotal role in sourcing hard-to-fill positions for Crown Equipment’s HR team. She seamlessly manages both organic and inorganic client sourcing, ensuring that the organization is well-equipped with top-tier talent. With a rich background in talent acquisition spanning over 17 years, Kelli’s journey began as an HR Generalist and has seen her rise through the ranks, holding positions as HR Supervisor, TA Corporate Recruiter, Sr. TA Specialist, and now, Sr. Sales Regional Recruiter.
A proud alumna of Ohio State University, Kelli holds a BS in Operations Management/Supply Chain and boasts an HR Certification from LSU. While she has achieved remarkable success in her professional life, Kelli treasures her family as her greatest personal accomplishment. She and her husband, John, have shared 28 years of wedded bliss and are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Hannah and Macie, with hopes of welcoming grandchildren in the future. In the professional arena, Kelli’s standout achievement is the successful recruitment of a Sr. VP Business Development candidate who has been designated as the CEO successor at her previous company. Kelli’s dedication extends to her involvement in professional associations like SHRM and her role as a board member for CASA Northwest Ohio, showcasing her commitment to personal growth and community engagement.
