Ashley’s tenure at Ethicon, a division of J&J, showcases her dedication to various leadership roles, building strong teams and recruiting talent.

Ashley’s current position as Regional Sales Manager in Dallas/Ft Worth underscores her commitment to creating access for J&J Medical Devices within North Texas hospitals through strategic leadership and team implementation. She leads a team of 9 Account Executives, working closely with them in operating rooms, surgeries, and hospitals to provide customer education, training, and support in achieving financial goals and quality metrics.

Ashley’s journey in the medical device industry began as a Clinical Training Resident at Ethicon Endo-Surgery in Cincinnati, Ohio. During this pivotal role, she honed her skills and knowledge about selling medical devices and the complete Ethicon product portfolio. Her impactful work included training a diverse group of 400+ sales representatives from 45 countries in just 14 months, highlighting her dedication to the field.

Ashley’s academic background includes a degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University, where she was an active member of the Pom Squad and the Tri Delta Sorority. Her favorite college course, PR Campaigns, and her internships provided her with invaluable industry experience. However, her proudest accomplishment transcends her professional achievements. Ashley is a dedicated working mother, exemplifying the possibility of a successful career while nurturing her two daughters, Kennedy Ann and Madison.
