Student Feature – Zach Arthur
Valuing Relationships
Zach Arthur is the youngest of four and truly values and appreciates the perspectives his older siblings have given him. For Zach, it is important to seek out mentors who are more advanced — in age, experience, spirituality or success in order to better understand yourself. Zach is also a firm believer in hard work. Those who work the hardest will be the most rewarded. Zach was able to demonstrate hard work during his summer internship at UFP Industries. Relating hard work to his faith, he believes doing your due diligence is pleasing to the Lord. As passionate about people as he is, he looks to help them in any way he can.
At Baylor, Zach was a member on the Baylor Lady Bears Dream Team and is very involved with his fraternity (KOT) as float chairman. He enjoys riding his bike and unicycle and flying with his dad. Family is very important to Zach and the longer he has been in the ProSales program, the more he sees his ProSales peers as his family. The program requires students to collaborate on a deep and personal level and he looks forward to continuing to build these relationships.
