Student Feature – Lansden Schmidt
Here’s a fun fact: Lansden loves baseball so much, he’s visited almost half of the MLB stadiums in the country. He also loves adventure, and for his 18th birthday went skydiving. In addition to sports and adrenaline, Lansden is focused on serving. He is a Young Life leader at Axtell high school, where he’s responsible for teaching high schoolers about the Gospel and making a positive impact in their lives. Lansden is a weekly volunteer at Campus Kitchens, where he makes deliveries to the Salvation Army.
At Baylor, Lansden is a double major in Professional Selling and Management. One of his favorite parts of the ProSales program has been the networking events. He has enjoyed engaging with top sales executives and recruiters and listening to the advice they have to offer. Because of ProSales, Lansden has become more organized, having learned to structure and prioritize his day.
After graduation, Lansden will begin his career at Birdeye.
