Student Feature – CJ Lemanski

CJ has already moved 9 times in his life. He has lived in Michigan, Africa, and now in Texas. Through these experiences, he has learned to be adaptable. Moving strengthened his ability to think quickly on his feet, make new friends, and adjust to cultural norms in each location. At Baylor, CJ currently serves as the IFC VP of Recruitment. In this role, he oversees over 200 freshmen who are joining fraternity life.

As a ProSales major, CJ has learned to take full advantage of opportunities to network. He has also had numerous opportunities to strengthen his skills as a salesperson, through competitions, career fairs, and countless interviews. He feels that the program has prepared him to begin his career at Swingle Collins & Associates, beyond what he could have imagined.
