Student Feature – Michael Summers

“Always portraying the best of myself” …that is Michael Summers’ rule for walking confidently into any situation. As a Baylor ProSales major and Religion minor, Michael developed the skill of portraying the best of himself by practicing both inside and outside of the classroom.

Inside the classroom, Michael developed great confidence as a result of ProSales coursework which emphasizes significance over success. Outside the classroom and working in the Provost’s Office , Michael’s confidence developed as he met important visitors and served as the first impression of Baylor.

Michael is confident that his calling is to become a bi-vocational pastor, caring for a congregation on the weekend and working in industry during the week. His next step? After Seminary, Michael will boldly seek to impact the ministry and corporate America.
