Student Feature – Kelsey Mann

Headshot of Kelsey Mann

Kelsey Mann truly demonstrates a servant’s heart. This senior ProSales major volunteered as Zeta Tau Alpha director of philanthropy for two years and is a peer leader for the Baylor Bear Up Now campaign against sexual assault. Kelsey’s servant heart goes beyond people; last semester, Kelsey single handedly fostered five kittens.

As a platform for her service, Kelsey participates in pageants. Kelsey has participated in the Miss Waco pageant and Baylor’s Miss Green and Gold pageant. According to Kelsey, “Competing in pageants furthers my outreach for my platform Speak Up: Promoting a Confident Lifestyle. It also helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle.” Kelsey sees participating in pageants as a way to be a role model for children within the community.
