Student Feature – Morgan Heeke

“I love a good challenge and enjoy working hard,” said Morgan Heeke, a ProSales and marketing senior from Houston, TX. “I like to surround myself with opportunities that push me. During my time here at Baylor, I dedicated myself to becoming the best sales representative possible by graduation.”

Morgan has truly taken the initiative to better herself and others through her work in the ProSales program. She created success through six sales competitions as either a competitor or a coach. Morgan served as the team captain for the 2013 Great Northwoods Sales Warm-Up. “The competition was realistic and really showed me the value in doing pre-work before making a call, thinking on my feet and adapting to the situation. The ProSales program gave us the tools necessary to do our best in this scenario. I learned that if you commit to this program and put in the work, you get great results in return.”

She also served as the Top Gun Program Chair this year. “Before school started, I worked to connect 38 students and 22 partner company executives for this intensive networking and professional development event,” said Heeke.
