Megan Bain Strickland began her career at Oracle in 2020 through the BDC Program and has since been promoted twice, now serving as an Applications Sales Representative. In her role, Megan manages four enterprise customers in the financial services industry, focusing on increasing annual recurring revenue by positioning Oracle’s solutions to drive Innovation and solve business challenges. Her day-to-day responsibilities include outreach, customer meetings, follow-ups, and strategic planning.
A proud Baylor University ProSales alum, Megan’s favorite memories from the ProSales program include events like Top Gun and Top Golf, as well as serving as President of the Baylor Wakeboarding Club. On a personal level, she cites her marriage to the love of her Life, whom she met on the Baylor wakeboard team, as her greatest accomplishment. Professionally, Megan is proud of her ability to build relationships and comfortably converse with C-suite executives.
Megan is also actively involved in Oracle Women’s Leadership, Oracle Volunteering, and the Colorado River Alliance. These organizations provide her with a sense of purpose beyond her sales role, reminding her to stay connected to the bigger picture and focus on community involvement. Her advice to students is simple yet impactful: “Your attitude determines your altitude!”
