Megan Pautler – A Journey of Resilience and Impact

Megan Pautler’s journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Born with a left clubfoot, a rare condition especially in women, Megan refused to let it define or limit her. From a young age, she was determined to keep up with her peers, pushing herself to work harder and instilling a deep sense of perseverance and grit. Growing up in a family that sacrificed much to provide her with opportunities, she learned the values of hard work, gratitude, and giving back. Her 12 years of playing club and school volleyball further shaped her leadership skills, teaching her to lead by example, support her teammates, and navigate challenges with a team-oriented mindset. These experiences have molded Megan into a determined, adaptable, and continuously growing individual.

Megan’s leadership journey continued as she served as the VP of Finance and Float Finance Chair for Kappa Alpha Theta and actively participated in the Catholic Student Association (CSA). Managing over $500,000 in resources for an organization of more than 300 women taught her important leadership principles. Her involvement in CSA introduced her to the joy of fellowship and the importance of pouring into others. Leadership, she believes, is about knowing when to step up and when to lead from behind, viewing situations from multiple perspectives.

Being part of the ProSales program has profoundly shaped Megan. One valuable lesson she learned is that “it’s all in the prep.” Thorough preparation ensures readiness and allows one to be fully present in the moment, whether in conversations, relationships, or career pursuits. The skills she acquired in the classroom, such as critical thinking, effective communication, and adaptability, have had an immeasurable impact on her life. Megan is deeply passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact through kindness and care. Her favorite part of the ProSales program is the people—peers and professors who are consistent in their character and morals. Megan is grateful to be part of such a unique and supportive community.
