Joseph Gonnella is an upbeat and people-oriented individual double majoring in Entrepreneurship and ProSales at Baylor University. Known for his passion for connecting with others, Joseph thrives in social settings, whether networking, leading a team, or spending quality time with friends. His love for creating meaningful memories and enjoying life shines through in everything he does. A former water polo player and high school team captain, Joseph developed key skills like teamwork, resilience, and quick thinking under pressure—lessons that continue to influence how he approaches challenges today.

At Baylor, Joseph has built on these foundational experiences by actively participating in Sigma Alpha Epsilon, where he has organized and contributed to impactful service projects, including multiple philanthropy events. His leadership as a water polo team captain taught him how to motivate and inspire others, setting the tone for success both in and out of the pool. Baylor’s ProSales program has further refined his abilities, teaching him how to manage stress, perform under pressure, and excel in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. These skills have enabled Joseph to confidently handle fast-paced environments while building strong professional relationships.
