Thomas Yost is a passionate and resilient individual whose diverse experiences, from showing horses and playing baseball to participating in rodeo life and navigating the business world, have equipped him to overcome any challenge. As the External Vice President for his fraternity, Thomas exemplifies leadership and dedication, always striving to make a positive impact on his peers. His journey through the ProSales program has instilled in him the importance of preparation and attention to detail, teaching him how to be flexible and ready for any endeavor.

Outside the classroom, Thomas applies his skills daily, making the most of every minute. His passion for networking and meeting new people drives him to ask questions and engage deeply, whether in academic settings or at work. This enthusiasm for connection has helped him build lifelong friendships and a strong support network. Thomas’s commitment to making the most of every opportunity reflects his dynamic and proactive approach to life.

As a transfer student, Thomas initially felt intimidated by the prestige of Baylor University. However, he embraced the challenge and encourages others to “do it and buy in.” His journey at Baylor has been marked by growth, learning, and the formation of meaningful relationships.
