Lilly Beyer – Resilient Visionary Shaped by Faith and Family
Lilly Beyer is a driven and compassionate individual double majoring in ProSales and Management Information Systems. Growing up in a small town in Wisconsin with five brothers, Lilly learned resilience and the value of perseverance early on. Her family’s role as foster parents and the adoption of her sister, Melissa, from Colombia have profoundly influenced her outlook on life, teaching her to appreciate diverse perspectives and approach challenges with gratitude. Living in Colombia during the adoption process further enriched her understanding of different cultures and strengthened her commitment to finding the good in everyone she meets.
As the Continuous Open Bidding (COB) Chair for Zeta Tau Alpha’s recruitment team, Lilly’s leadership abilities shine. Her role in recruiting and networking mirrors the skills she has developed through the ProSales program, such as time management, relationship-building, and effective communication. ProSales has been instrumental in shaping Lilly’s confidence and professional preparedness, equipping her to excel in both her academic and personal endeavors. She applies these lessons daily, seamlessly blending classroom knowledge with real-world interactions to become the best leader she can be.
Lilly is a visionary who is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping others achieve their goals. Her belief that sales is about trust and long-term partnerships fuels her dedication to serving others. The supportive ProSales network of colleagues, professors, and executives has inspired Lilly to push herself and make the most of every opportunity. Though the transition from Wisconsin to Baylor was initially challenging, Lilly’s determination to embrace new experiences has shaped her into a confident, adaptable individual ready to make a lasting impact in her field and beyond.
