ProSales Grows Its Leadership Team

Baylor’s Center for Professional Selling is pleased to announce that Dr. Stephanie Mangus has assumed the role of Director of Student Career Development. In this new leadership position, she will collaborate with the Center’s administrative leaders—Dr. Andrea Dixon and Ms. Bree Meadows—to advance student career success. In her new role, Dr. Mangus will:
- Coach ProSales students through the internship offer process, helping them make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Increase student engagement with mentors, including Corporate Mentors and ProSales Bigs, through measurable initiatives.
- Serve as faculty advisor to the Professional Development Program (PDP).
- Lead student recognition programs as faculty champion.
Dr. Mangus shared, “This role is a testament to the growth of the ProSales program. The number of students we serve continues to grow, and this position enables us to extend the care and development they receive through additional human resources. Our partners continue to expand the opportunities available to students, and students need guidance to navigate these options. I look forward to empowering students to pursue their passions with purpose and confidence, and to building pathways that connect their Baylor ProSales experiences to meaningful careers.”
“Over the past 16 years, ProSales has grown from 8 to over 200 students. We’ve built a strong academic reputation that attracts top students in the business school,” said Dr. Andrea Dixon, Executive Director of ProSales. “To continue delivering exceptional coaching and development, we needed to expand our leadership team. Dr. Mangus is a dedicated and driven professional who already makes a significant impact on our students. I’m excited to see the increased momentum her leadership will bring.”
