Grace Jorgensen – Committed to Serving Others

Grace Jorgensen’s life reflects deep commitment to leadership, sports, and community service, driven by a passion for entrepreneurship. Growing up in New Mexico, Grace embraced a diverse array of interests that shaped her thrilling approach to life. Her involvement in sports, including golf, volleyball, and swimming, not only earned her accolades such as the high school women’s athlete of the year and six state championships but also instilled in her a fierce competitive spirit and a dedication to helping others succeed. Her role as a coach for a team of 73 young golfers allowed her to impart her love for the game while developing organizational and leadership skills that would later influence her work at Baylor.
At Baylor, Grace’s leadership roles have been pivotal in shaping her experience. As Director of Social Events for Women in Business, she successfully managed events for over 350 members while adhering to strict budgets, demonstrating her ability to lead with empathy and precision. Her work while serving on her sorority recruitment team and the Baylor Buddies program further reflects her commitment to mentorship and community involvement. These experiences taught her the importance of nurturing others, staying organized, and balancing multiple responsibilities—all qualities that have become integral to her approach to both personal and professional challenges.
The ProSales program has significantly contributed to Grace’s growth, equipping her with essential skills and fostering a culture of collaboration and genuine engagement. Driving Authentically

Clay Kellejian exemplifies a unique blend of meticulous planning and spontaneous enthusiasm, which defines his approach to both life and leadership. His ability to balance methodical organization with a love for seizing the moment allows him to thrive in a variety of settings. Whether it’s embarking on impromptu weekend ski trips, participating in every available intramural sport, or meticulously organizing his calendar, Clay demonstrates a remarkable capacity to adapt and excel. His diverse interests and activities, from memorizing trivia facts to staying engaged with church events and fraternity government roles, highlight his versatility and commitment to making the most of every opportunity.

Leadership has been a significant aspect of Clay’s extracurricular endeavors. His roles as captain of the varsity water polo team, life group leader at his church, and internal vice president of his fraternity have all sharpened his skills in guiding and inspiring others. One of his most notable achievements was his tenure as parliamentarian of his fraternity, where he implemented a personalized attendance tracking system. This system required him to individually reach out to around 40 members, demonstrating his dedication to maintaining engagement and accountability. His efforts ensured that every member who wished to remain active in the fraternity could do so throughout the year, an example of his commitment to leadership and inclusivity.

Clay’s experience in the ProSales program has further refined his approach to work and personal growth. The program’s emphasis on hard work, organization, and collaboration has been pivotal in developing his skills. Applying these lessons, he has excelled in practical situations such as cold calling and networking during his internship. BoChao Jin- Dreams Without Borders

BoChao Jin’s journey is a tale of determination and the unique path he’s paved as an international student. Hailing from China and having resided in the United States for over eight years, BoChao has not only embraced a diverse cultural experience but has also achieved something truly exceptional. He proudly holds the distinction of being the first Chinese native-born football player ever at the NCAA Division-I level in the State of Texas.

Currently a student-athlete on the Baylor football team, BoChao’s commitment extends beyond the field, as reflected in his impressive 3.5+ GPA. He has won the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and the Baylor Dean’s List two times. His dedication to the sport has yielded substantial success, including winning the Big 12 Championship and the Sugar Bowl in the 2021 season. BoChao’s academic and athletic achievements demonstrate his ability to excel in both spheres, highlighting his talents and unwavering work ethic.

BoChao’s participation in the Baylor ProSales program has further honed his skills and broadened his horizons. Student Feature – Tanner Moore

Tanner Moore- Journey of Dedication

Tanner Moore is a dynamic individual whose passions span from the vibrant world of country music to the enriching experiences of cultural immersion. Having attended 57 concerts, Tanner loves to embrace the atmosphere of live performances, always eager for the next show. Her love for travel and learning led her to Madrid in the summer of 2023, where she fully immersed herself in the Spanish culture by living with a host family and speaking only Spanish. This dedication paid off as she was close to being fluent in just six weeks. Tanner’s character has also been deeply shaped by her sister’s battle with Rett syndrome, teaching her to cherish every moment and never take any moment for granted.

From a young age, Tanner’s involvement in the Night Lights respite care program ignited her passion for leadership and service. As a junior volunteer, she found joy in guiding and encouraging others, a trait that continued to flourish in her college years. Tanner’s commitment to the ProSales program at Baylor University is evident through her various leadership roles. Her competitive spirit shone brightly when she placed first in the Baylor Business Capability Competition and second in an external sales competition, showcasing her dedication and skill. These experiences have not only sharpened her professional abilities but also deepened her connections with peers and professors.

The ProSales program has been instrumental in Tanner’s growth, teaching her the value of collaboration amidst competition. Student Feature – Anthony Amesti

Anthony Amesti embodies a unique blend of musical talent, athletic dedication, and leadership. His extensive background in music, spanning 12 years, includes notable achievements such as performing at Carnegie Hall with the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra and participating in select choirs and an a cappella group. Alongside his musical pursuits, Anthony has nurtured a deep passion for hockey, a sport he has closely followed since he was ten. His commitment to the sport is complemented by his enthusiasm for attending concerts, where he has experienced over 60 artists across more than 25 events. This rich array of interests reflects Anthony’s diverse passions and his drive to engage fully in his pursuits.
In his role as an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Anthony has demonstrated considerable leadership and organizational skills. His involvement ranges from serving on the Judicial Board and recruitment team to holding various chair positions, including Sing Chair and Social Chair. Currently, as the All-University Sing Executive Producer, Anthony oversees a major Baylor tradition, managing over 2,200 performers and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless performance experience. This role highlights his ability to lead large-scale projects and collaborate effectively with multiple teams, showcasing his dedication to fostering a vibrant campus community.
