Rachel Smith is a dynamic and tenacious individual, with majors in Professional Selling and Risk Management & Insurance. Her journey is marked by a diverse array of achievements, from co-authoring a dermatology clinical studies book to earning licenses in personal training and dietetics. Rachel’s adventurous spirit is evident in her extensive travels across all 50 states and six continents, with a goal of visiting 63 national parks—having already explored 40. Her love for adrenaline-pumping activities like canyoneering, scuba diving, skydiving, and bungee jumping showcases her fearless approach to life. Rachel’s enthusiasm for attending concerts adds a vibrant touch to her multifaceted personality.
Rachel’s leadership and dedication shine through her involvement in rugby. As a freshman at Baylor, she joined the Women’s Rugby team with no prior experience, quickly becoming a starter and leading the team in trys (points). Her exceptional performance earned her the title of USA Rugby Rookie of the Year. Rachel’s leadership skills were further recognized when she was nominated as Captain, guiding her team to Nationals in Washington D.C. Her belief in the power of a supportive network is evident in her commitment to the ProSales program, which has equipped her with both hard and soft skills that are essential for success in a competitive industry.
