With a background in various sports such as baseball, football, and hockey, alongside theatre, Jaden treasures his coachability and adaptability. He values the ability to absorb feedback and transform them into positive personal development, always striving to be the best version of himself. His minor in Religion further reflects his dedication to understanding and deepening his faith.

Leadership and service are central to Jaden’s identity. As a counselor at Pinecove last summer, he led small groups of high school students, gaining invaluable experience in servant leadership. This role allowed him to grow in his faith through hardship and understand the importance of listening. Despite the challenging summer heat, Jaden found joy in all situations, demonstrating his resilience and positive outlook. His commitment to doing the little things with excellence, such as professionalism on the phone and personal branding, has set him apart during his internships. Jaden’s passion for sales is fueled by his desire to work hard and serve others. His internship at Malin required him to wake up each day ready to outwork those around him, with a focus on helping clients rather than just making sales. This approach allowed him to be attentive and present during discovery meetings, truly understanding clients’ needs. Jaden appreciates the support and challenges of his program, which has helped him to recognize the importance of humility and asking for help. This mindset has shaped his perspective on the workforce, preparing him to make a meaningful impact in his future career.
