Student Feature – Brandon Farber

Champion of Resilience

Brandon’s journey through Baylor University has been shaped by his unique background as a first-generation college student raised by a single mother. This upbringing has instilled in him a strong work ethic and fearlessness in the face of challenges. Despite pursuing a demanding double major in ProSales and Accounting, he has excelled academically and proven that hard work and determination can lead to success.

In addition to his academic achievements, Brandon has made a significant impact in leadership roles. As the Outreach Director for Vertical Ministries, he led a team that reached out to over 250 students and organized outreach events, fostering connections within the Baylor community. This commitment to building meaningful relationships and serving others extends to his professional pursuits, as seen during his Sales Internship at Ferguson Enterprises, where he earned respect through his unwavering dedication and hard work.

Ambitious and resilient, Brandon’s drive to succeed is matched only by his passion for bringing others along on the journey to success. Whether it’s through his involvement in ministry, his academic pursuits, or his professional endeavors, he consistently demonstrates a willingness to help others and embodies the spirit of a servant leader. His favorite part of the Baylor ProSales program is the sense of community and the willingness of program members to support one another, a reflection of his own values of kindness and collaboration.
