Student Feature – Zach Hills

Passion and Resilience

Zach Hills’ journey is one defined by passion, resilience, and connection. Starting as a waterskiing prodigy at the age of 4, he transitioned to wakeboarding when his family moved to New Braunfels. Despite injuries during high school, Zach’s dedication propelled him into professional wakeboarding, competing against the world’s top riders and qualifying for nationals in his senior year.

Not content with a single sport, Zach joined his high school’s lacrosse team as a junior, quickly becoming a team captain and goal-scoring leader. Transitioning to Baylor University, he balanced academics with a love for wakeboarding, joining the wakeboarding team and achieving success in the Delta Tau Delta fraternity, where he was elected to the executive board as the New Member Developer.

Zach’s journey through ProSales shines as the program emphasizes the value of genuine relationships and mutual success. These skills transcended into personal life and community service, making him a well-rounded individual. His passion for family and helping others shines through in his approach, creating a welcoming environment for colleagues, clients, and customers. Being part of ProSales also allowed Zach to forge lasting connections, cementing his belief in the power of community and shared growth.
