Trailblazing Her Own Path

Ashley Dohlman stands out with a unique combination of interests and experiences. She has chosen to pursue a ProSales major and a Russian language minor due to her passion for national security, foreign affairs, and language studies. Ashley’s faith deeply influences her actions and interactions, setting a moral compass for her conduct in both academic and professional settings. Additionally, Ashley’s upbringing in Arizona, followed by her decision to attend an out-of-state university has given her the confidence to explore new horizons and embrace change in life.

Ashley’s role as the president of a campus political club highlights her leadership and determination. Under her guidance, the club has grown significantly, evolving from a small group to hosting events with over 50 attendees. Her dedication to the club’s expansion showcases her ability to drive change and inspire others, fostering a thriving community.

In her journey through the Baylor ProSales program, Ashley has learned valuable life lessons. She understands the significance of seeking help from others, welcoming constructive feedback and embracing failure as a steppingstone to improvement. Her enhanced communication skills and ability to balance details with the bigger picture have not only translated into her leadership roles but also equipped her with a more structured approach to achieving her life goals.
