Movie Buff and Leader

Grant Winslow is a passionate movie enthusiast whose love for cinema is evident in his dedication to watching, reviewing, and discussing films. In his spare time, he immerses himself in the world of movies and utilizes the social media platform, Letterboxd, to share his reviews with others. Grant’s commitment to this hobby is admirable, as he consistently maintains his movie reviews, allowing fellow movie buffs to benefit from his insights. Beyond this, Grant takes his passion for film to another level by co-hosting his own amateur movie review podcast called Private Screening on YouTube.

Grant’s enthusiasm for movies is complemented by his active involvement in various organizations on campus. He is one of the Co-Chairs of Campus Promotions for Student Foundation. His experiences in Student Foundation, including managing significant events like the annual Bearathon and the All University Thanksgiving, have contributed to his personal and professional growth. Additionally, Grant is the Co-Chair of Recruitment for the service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, and serves as a Baylor University tour guide. His achievement of earning the Eagle Scout rank in high school reflects his dedication to leadership and community service.

The Baylor ProSales program has equipped Grant with essential skills in management, organization, and networking. His ability to stay on top of his workload and meet deadlines, learned through the ProSales II class, has prepared him for success in his future career. Moreover, the program has honed his conversational and social skills, enabling him to excel in networking. These skills have already yielded positive results, as evidenced by his internship with AT&T. Grant’s resilience and commitment to personal and professional growth shine through his journey in the Baylor ProSales program, and his favorite aspect of the program is the authentic community it fosters.
