Reece Modisette’s passion for travel and his desire to work internationally within the next five years have always been at the forefront of his career goals. His transformative study abroad experience over winter break, where he ventured from DFW to Spain, allowed him to reflect on the feasibility of his dream. The trip solidified his determination to pursue a career in international sales. Reece’s love for exploring new horizons and embracing different cultures will undoubtedly shape his future success as a global business leader.

Reece is not only a business enthusiast but also a dedicated volunteer and leader within his community. His involvement at his church in Waco and active participation in Phi Kappa Chi fraternity reflect his commitment to making a positive impact on those around him. As a freshman, Reece’s leadership journey began by founding a club amidst the challenging pandemic. With his tenacity, he assembled an executive team, secured an advisor, and organized a successful service event. Reece’s leadership and service-oriented mindset are instrumental in fostering a spirit of giving within his fraternity and beyond.

Reece’s journey through Baylor ProSales has equipped him with essential skills and knowledge to thrive in the business world. From communication to confidence and excelling in his work, ProSales has been instrumental in his professional development. His role as the Service Chair benefits from the framework of project planning taught in the program. Reece’s meticulous planning and organization ensure efficient communication and consistent service within his fraternity. With a genuine passion for service and a heart dedicated to helping others, Reece is poised to excel in both his professional and philanthropic endeavors.
