Student Feature – Grace Smith
An All-Rounder
A phrase to describe Grace Smith would be that she is an all-rounder. Growing up, she played the flute and the piccolo, played eight different sports, and served in many clubs and student government. At Baylor, she has played on the Club Volleyball team and currently serves on a team that runs a podcast. Fascinated by the world around her and all of the things God has created, she loves to travel and has a goal to visit all 50 states before she turns 50!
During her college career, Grace has held two executive committee positions in her sorority. As Academic Achievement Chair, she built a relationship with the Career Center and organized an academic workshop which achieved record-breaking attendance. As Recruitment & Membership Chair, she is responsible for 16 team members so she is growing her skills in delegation, leadership, and being a positive role model.
Passionate about working hard and pouring into those around her, Grace is always looking for ways to improve her work. She loves getting to know new people and understanding what motivates them so that she can best learn to support them. She is grateful for the skills ProSales has taught her, such as time management and leadership, and looks forward to bringing all her passions and talents to bear in her future career.
