Student Feature – Caroline Smith

Serving Her Community

Being the oldest of four siblings has shaped the way Caroline Smith seeks to serve others. Growing up in a big family was always exciting, and it taught her how to be a mentor and a role model to her younger siblings. Passionate about helping others, Caroline looks forward to a career in sales, where she will be able to meet her customers’ needs and help them attain their goals.

Caroline is grateful for the ProSales community, where each student is a supporter as well as a competitor. She is always ready to watch her classmates excel and enjoys cheering her peers along during competitions and events. When Caroline first joined ProSales, she was nervous. However, she has grown her confidence to network, tackle large projects, host executives, create successful conversations during interviews, and negotiate deals!

Prior to attending Baylor, she played competitive soccer and has travelled to Sweden, Iceland, and across the nation to play in various tournaments. At Baylor, Caroline is a leader in the Professional Development Program, where she has expanded her public speaking skills. She is also a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma where she has enjoyed serving at Parkdale Elementary School.
