Student Feature – Alaynah Schaff

Serving in Sales

Double majoring in International Business and ProSales, Alaynah Schaff is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Mexico. Living abroad most of her life and having travelled to 17 countries, she is multi-lingual and passionate about connecting with different cultures, serving others whenever possible.

Committed to helping her community at Baylor, Alaynah is the Parliamentarian for the Clasped Hands in Service sorority, the oldest women’s service organization on campus. Serving as the Social Chair for three consecutive semesters, she is grateful for the opportunity to give back while growing her leadership and communication skills. Alaynah is also a Teacher’s Assistant in Baylor’s Career Center, where she enjoys providing guidance to students while supporting her co-workers in the office.

As a ProSales student, Alaynah has learned the importance of serving with strong foundational values like commitment, courage, independence, and accountability. Striving for constant improvement, she has taken the adage– work smarter not harder–to heart to become a top performer. Her favorite aspect of ProSales has been interacting with executives to gain a better understanding of the sales world. She looks forward to serving in sales with determination and compassion.
