Student Feature – Beth Gosnell
Learning Through Sales and Sisterhood
Originally from London, Ontario, Beth Gosnell attended high school in Eagan, Minnesota before moving to Baylor. With a love of travel, she has visited countries like Australia, Italy, France, and Spain. Coming to Baylor, Beth joined ProSales and her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG), her freshman year and considers both to have taught her many invaluable lessons.
As a member of KKG, Beth has learned time management through a key role as Float Chair, where she communicated with the Chamber of Commerce for the homecoming parade. Currently, she is a KKG University Events Chair, working with Baylor to increase involvement in the sororityā€™s philanthropy. Through ProSales, she has learned the value of grit, and the program has given her the accountability and feedback she needs to grow into an effective salesperson. Her favorite part of ProSales is the community of people striving to help and support each other to be the best versions of themselves.
With a passion for problem-solving, Beth is eager to begin a career in sales. For Beth, sales is all about adding value to your customer. Being able to meet a need is where her motivation lies and where her passion is increased.
