A Helping Heart
Nothing makes Riley Strahler feel more fulfilled than knowing she helped someone in need or made people feel better about themselves. She is passionate about building relationships and strives to be a light for the people around her. Riley believes her passions and talents are God-given and she is excited to use them in her pursuit of a sales career.
Her desire to help and to serve has been evident at Baylor where she took on responsibilities as a community leader, an officer in her sorority and now a tour guide for prospective Baylor students. As an event director for her sorority, she set a record for the all-time highest attendance and as a community leader she finished out the year with a 97% retention rate among her residents. In her role as tour guide, she is able to take skills she has learned in the ProSales classroom to influence recruitment.
Riley leveraged her focus on serving and achieving in her summer sales internship with Shaw Industries, a division of Berkshire Hathaway. Being a part of ProSales has enabled Riley to kick-start her career and she is excited about her future as a salesperson.
