Student Feature – Daniel Deian

Passions in Practice

Passionate about music and fitness, Daniel Deian plays six instruments (piano, guitar, ukulele, harmonica, drums and bass) and is a certified master scuba diver, logging over 40 dives. He even saved his best friend’s life on a dive when the friend ran out of air. Although these passions lie outside of the business world, Daniel believes these passions laid the foundation for his development as they required time, effort and patience for mastery. In the business world, Daniel focused on developing himself and his business skills through his summer sales internship at Dell Technologies.

Daniel is mastering a number of skills through the ProSales program. He finds such skills to be invaluable inside and outside of the classroom. Having a strong work ethic developed as he learned to write music was refined further as he prospects, cold calls and networks to book gigs for his band. He and his band love to play around Waco as they perform and share the gift of music.
