Kindness in Action

For Kathryn Fuller, there is nothing better than stepping out at McLane Stadium and cheering on the Baylor Bears. Dancing since she was 3 years old and now a Baylor Songleader, Kathryn is fulfilled when motivating and encouraging others to reach their potential. She had the opportunity to help the Will Reed company maximize its potential during her summer sales internship.

Serving as a vice president and risk management chair in her sorority, she enjoys working closely with the new members of her chapter. In this role, she has been able to shape the new member experience for over 100 women.

Kindness is Kathryn’s passion and she has leveraged the skills she has learned in the ProSales classroom to better demonstrate this kindness in her relationships. Sales has taught her to ask the right questions, gain a truer understanding of a person’s needs, and, in this way, better serve them. Her favorite part of the ProSales program has been the community. Although members of the ProSales community work hard, they work together. Kathryn’s grandmother always told her to “shine her light” for Christ and she will continue to strive to do so with positivity and kindness.
