Unshakeable

Growing up in a single-parent, immigrant household, dealing with culture shock and balancing a packed schedule are just some of the obstacles Marco Rodriguez has overcome during his Baylor journey. He appreciates that his background and experiences have made him the grounded and confident individual he is today. Being in ProSales has only strengthened these qualities and through the assignments and competitions, Marco has been conditioned to think quickly, work efficiently and prepare holistically.

You never know what you may face in any given situation and being a resident advisor and campus leader at Baylor has given Marco great practice in being adaptable. He has learned how to work and communicate with students from all walks of life and has gained an appreciation for the flexibility needed to be successful now and later in his career. Marco has further developed this unshakeable spirit as a member of Baylor Crew and as he grows by working with his talented and diverse teammates.

Marco was grateful to work with the talented team at Metallic Products during his summer internship and see a strong camaraderie (work family) in action. Marco is passionate about his family, his Christian faith, and creating lasting change for the generations to come. With this in mind, he will not be deterred by momentary discomfort or failures, yet will press on towards his goals.
