Student Feature – Victoria Whitworth

A Sales Black Belt

Victoria Whitworth grew up watching Korean movies which is where her mother was born. Victoria was mesmerised by the actors performing martial arts and soon began a career in taekwondo. Along with a black belt and state championship, Victoria gained an appreciation of her heritage and the confidence that she can do anything she sets her mind to.

Coming to Baylor and ProSales, she looked for ways to grow outside of her comfort zone and to develop her leadership skills. She became a student leader of the Professional Development Program and gained critical skills in teamwork. Victoria is passionate about becoming the best version of herself that she can be, and this means that she is always striving for excellence. Reaching a black belt level of success in Baylor ProSales is typically marked by top results in Baylor competitions – a level that Victoria has achieved.

Her passion for growth extends beyond her work and she is grateful for the time management skills she has gained through ProSales. She refined her time management skills during her summer internship at International Paper. The ProSales program has fulfilled another personal desire to travel and she has represented Baylor at competitions in New Jersey and Ohio.
