Student Feature – Connor Kempston

Connor has been bodybuilding since the age of 14. In 2018, he became a physique competitor, a goal he had been working towards for years. As a physique competitor in college, Connor must balance academics, nutrition, and two or three hours of daily training.

During his first year at Baylor, Connor joined the Baylor Club Rugby team – even though he had never played rugby before. By stepping outside his comfort zone, he learned to be comfortable in an unfamiliar environment.

As a double major in Entrepreneurship and Professional Selling, Connor has learned the importance of maintaining a “learning” attitude. He is open to continuing to develop personally and professionally and strives to continue learning.

Connor will begin his career at Federated Insurance following graduation.
