Baylor’s Connor Kempston Takes 1st Place at UTISC Competition

Baylor took home a 1st place finish over the weekend from the University of Toledo Invitational Sales Competition (UTISC). Sales teams from 36 universities participated in this competition which showcases junior- and sophomore-level talent.

We are excited to announce that Connor Kempston took 1st place in the junior division. Audrey Wilson placed 1st in round one of her room for the sophomore division and competed through the quarter finals. As a result of Connor and Audrey’s combined efforts, the Baylor sales team placed 6th overall. Connor and Audrey’s development was supported by a team of student coaches: Charlie Doebbler, Jeremy Chang, Luke Parazynski, Baylor Payne and Tanner Little.

Participating universities included Asbury University, Aurora University, Ball State University, Baylor University, Bowling Green State University, Bryant University, Central Michigan University, Eastern Michigan University, Florida State University, Georgia Southern University, James Madison University, Kansas State University, Kent State University, Morehouse College, Oregon State University, Plymouth State University, Purdue University, Southern New Hampshire University, St. Catherine University, Temple University, Tuskegee University, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, University of Central Oklahoma, University of Cincinnati, University of Dayton, University of Minnesota, University of Missouri, University of North Alabama, University of Toledo, University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin Parkside, University of Wisconsin Whitewater, Utah State University, West Virginia University, Western Michigan University, and Winona State University.
