Student Feature – Bailey Eastman
Every day, Bailey writes down five things for which she is thankful. She has kept this gratitude journal for four years and says that this habit is responsible for her positive attitude. She strives to acknowledge the little things that are good in each day and says that, even on a tough day, there is always something to be grateful for.
This attitude of positivity and gratefulness is evident throughout Bailey’s time at Baylor. In addition to pursuing a ProSales major, Bailey serves on the philanthropy committee for Tri Delta, working to fundraise for St. Jude. She is also a member of Baylor Women in Business. Bailey says that the ProSales program has challenged her and taught her that the moments when she is most uncomfortable are the moments where she can achieve the most significant growth. In addition to maintaining her positive and grateful attitude, Bailey is always striving to add value and to deliver her absolute best. Bailey is grateful to start her career at Johnson and Johnson following graduation.
