Student Feature – Bradley Baniewicz

As the middle child and the only boy in a family of five children, Bradley learned early on how to be adaptable, and therefore effective, in a variety of situations. Bradley also values teamwork; as an athlete in high school, he learned that being a supportive teammate contributes to the success of the team. In addition to adaptability and teamwork, Bradley also values mentorship. He spent two years tutoring elementary students in literacy skills, significantly increasing their reading level.

Through experience in public speaking and communicating with others, Bradley credits the ProSales program with allowing him to strengthen his interpersonal skills, communication skills, and confidence. He has also learned the importance of pushing past his comfort zone to achieve his goals. Bradley is passionate about fulfilling his potential and using his gifts and talents to the highest level. He is determined to continue making an impact in people’s lives, and to be successful as he joins Oracle.
