Student Feature – Alex Justus

Alex is driven to make a positive impact everywhere he goes. As a minor in Leadership Studies, Alex has been able to make a positive impact at Baylor through his leadership of several team-based projects and in his role as Treasurer of the student body.

In addition, Alex is a dual major in ProSales and Finance. He says that in combining these programs, he is learning how to drive revenues for an organization through two different avenues: sales and the strategic management of assets. The ProSales program has also taught him self-discipline, professionalism, and the ability to use constructive feedback effectively. Because of these learning experiences, Alex was able to institute improvements during his internships, making an impact and leaving each company “better” than he arrived. As he graduates, Alex looks forward to continuing to make an impact as he joins….
