Student Feature – Brooke Melton

As college students, the hustle and bustle of university life can make it feel difficult to give back to those around us. Senior Brooke Melton chose not to let this stop her and travelled halfway around the world to Zambia, Africa. In this far-away setting, she joined a team from Baylor who taught high school students about business topics.

Embracing persistence at an early age, Brooke learned to follow-up and follow-through no matter the opportunity. Through networking events, career fairs, and internal/external sales competitions, Brooke pushed forward to equip herself for a successful future sales career.

While Brooke will undoubtedly miss the close community she formed at Baylor, she looks forward to beginning her sales career with Arthur J. Gallagher following graduation.
