Student Feature – Daniel Chao

Headshot of Daniel Chao

For Daniel Chao, learning doesn’t stop with graduation. As a lifelong learner, Daniel has a very diverse background. He’s bilingual and has worked in many fields including food service, automobile repair, academia, healthcare, and sales. On top of that, he finds great joy in working on and driving cars. Already surpassing 130,000 miles as a driver, Daniel hopes to have driven more than 1,000,000 miles before reaching the age of 40. Daniel’s learning carries over into his academic career as well. As a member of the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core (BIC) and Honors College, he developed new ways of thinking. Combined with the interview and professional skills taught through the ProSales program, Daniel looks forward to being a “challenger” in his daily sales pursuits. Following graduation, Daniel plans to spend several months off-roading across North America before beginning a career in sales with Reynolds and Reynolds.
