Student Feature – Thomas Scaff

Many college students have interests and passions. However, it’s not every day that those interests align perfectly with a job opportunity. For senior Thomas Scaff, golf is a big part of life. From junior golf to collegiate competition, Thomas has become a skilled golfer. At the same time, he has a strong interest in clothing, especially clothing that stands out from the norm. With a little creativity, Thomas was able to secure a position as an ambassador for Biion Footwear, a golf shoe manufacturer with unique style. In much the same way, Thomas has utilized his love for golf in his ProSales undertakings. A relatively new member to the Professional Selling program, Thomas credits golf with teaching him discipline through long hours of practice while allowing him to develop strong communication skills. Also pursuing a second major in Marketing, Thomas looks forward to melding his passions into a career with Oracle following graduation.
