Student Feature – Tiffany Larkam

With five half marathons under her belt, senior Tiffany Larkam is no stranger to running. At the same time, however, Tiffany sees herself running a far more important race – reaching others for Christ. From mentoring an elementary school student through her sorority to participating actively in her church’s small group, Tiffany runs the race on a daily basis – sharing her faith with others.

Tiffany understands the value of spending time with others – providing value and helping the customer make an educated buying decision is her ultimate goal. For her, sales is a way to give to others, not to take from them. Always reminded of her goals, Tiffany joyfully invests in others and finds opportunities to sell her faith in the process.

After graduation, Tiffany looks forward to assisting others in the buying process in her sales role at Paycom and sharing her joy on a daily basis.
