Student Feature – Emily Reder

Emily Reder is committed. Even with demanding majors in Professional Selling and Finance, Emily upheld her passion for riding horses and competed on Baylor’s Division I Equestrian team. Emily’s future was bright from the start – as an underclassman, she was selected by her coach for the 360 Leadership Program for athletes.

Within the Professional Selling program, Emily found the role plays to be extremely useful. The skills she acquired through those learning opportunities proved invaluable during her internship. Ultimately, Emily credits the program with teaching her how to interact with executives and providing her with a strong foundation for what to expect after graduation.

Following graduation, Emily will rejoin her internship employer, Cold Jet, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
