Senior Feature – Breanna Mutzig

College is a time where many learn to conquer their fears. For Breanna Mutzig, a senior double major in Professional Sales and Marketing, being a professional sales student helped her conquer her fear of being vulnerable in front of others. She conquered this fear through constant practice, presentations and role-plays.

Breanna has been a musician for 17 years, and one of her favorite things to do is to play the piano and sing. Despite the fact that she loves making music and bringing people together through music. Breanna did not always have the courage to sing and play in front of people.

Being involved with Baylor’s ProSales program taught Breanna how to conquer this fear and be comfortable in front of an audience; “Being in ProSales and giving presentations has taught me that if you screw up, you’re human and it doesn’t matter.”
