The Sales Education Foundation (SEF) announces the release of their 2014 list of Top University Sales Programs, highlighting Baylor University’s Center for Professional Selling as one of the top programs preparing students for professional selling careers. Programs are recognized for preparing and placing top talent in professional selling roles. While employment rates remain flat for recent college graduates, Baylor’s Center for Professional Selling achieves 100% job placement for ProSales students well in advance of graduation.
Approximately 50% of all graduates with a business degree will enter the workforce in a sales-oriented role. Students with a sales education ramp up 50% faster and turnover 30% less than their non-sales educated peers. “We are so proud of our graduates and how quickly they are able to impact the organizations they join,” says Dr. Andrea Dixon, executive director of Baylor’s Center for Professional Selling. “Our partners note that Baylor ProSales students are the equivalent to new hires with three years of business experience.”
