Student Feature – Grant Senter

Grant Senter, a senior ProSales student from San Antonio, TX, actively works to create innovative strategies that will bring more companies into Baylor to help recruit our students.

As the chair of Academic Affairs for Baylor Student Government, Grant is in charge of making sure students are receiving the best possible academic experience during their time at Baylor. In that role, he led several efforts to find creative solutions to complex university issues.

“After extensive research, the data showed that Baylor’s Employer Relations team, the team in charge of creating and managing corporate relationships was drastically underfunded,” said Senter. “After identifying a solution, I communicated the idea throughout Baylor’s administration and was able to present the solution to the Board of Regents at their bi-annual meeting.”
