Integrity
“Integrity is the courage to meet the demands of reality.”
-Dr. Henry Cloud
Our purpose behind this event is to instill integrity in the industry. Inserting Dr. Cloud’s definition, the purpose is to instill courage to meet the demands of reality in the consulting industry.
What are some of those demands?
For recruiters: In order to find top talent, we have to move beyond our networks. Observing candidates from around the country is a way to ensure the talent is seen first.
For everyone: The demands for anyone to reach their full potential include skills in the job listing and foundational pillars of health. Can you answer each of these questions?
Spiritual– What do I believe about religion and faith?
Physical– Am I taking care of my body?
Moral– Can I be counted on to make decisions that are best for the group?
Emotional– Am I taking care of my mind?
Financial– Do I have sufficient funds to pay for my own needs and some wants?
Addressing these demands, though not always precisely monitored by companies, affects individuals and their work performance. We hope to encourage participants to be fully integrated (i.e., high integrity) individuals ready to reach their potential.
