Research Poster Session at the 2024 National Collegiate Digital Marketing Championship

Theme: Exploring the Synergy of Digital Marketing

The National Collegiate Digital Marketing Championship (NCDMC) is currently inviting submissions for research poster presentations under the theme “Exploring the Synergy of Digital Marketing.” We encourage researchers to contribute their work, focusing on the implications of digital marketing strategies and technologies, especially, but not limited to, the domains of Connected TV, Retail Media, and Generative AI.

The objective of this session is to deepen our understanding of the dynamic relationship between digital marketing strategies and emerging technologies, and how these impact various industries. We welcome submissions that offer innovative insights, case studies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Potential topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Leveraging connected TV for targeted advertising and engagement
  • Enhancing advertising effectiveness through retail media platforms
  • Personalized content creation using generative AI in marketing
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of data-driven digital marketing approaches
  • Measuring engagement metrics in digital marketing campaigns
  • Building and maintaining brand resonance in the digital landscape
  • Understanding consumer behavior in the context of digital channels
  • Ethical considerations in AI-powered digital marketing strategies
  • Emerging trends in digital marketing technologies and their applications

Submission Guidelines:

  • Title,
  • Author name(s), affiliation(s), and e-mail(s),
  • Abstract (maximum 500 words),
  • References (in alphabetical order), and
  • Use single spacing with 12-point Times New Roman font and 1-inch margins.
  • At least one author must have one or more students participating in the NCDMC or be a sponsor of the event.
  • All authors intending to present must have one or more students participating in the NCDMC or be a sponsor of the event.
  • Students may serve as co-authors if accompanied by at least one faculty member.

Important Dates:

  • Submission Deadline: February 29
  • Notification of Acceptance: March 13

Accepted papers will be presented at the National Collegiate Digital Marketing Championship, hosted by the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, TX. Authors of accepted submissions will have the opportunity to showcase their research findings, engage in discussions with industry professionals, and contribute to the advancement of digital marketing knowledge.

A distinguished panel will assess the submissions and determine winners.
