Description: Spiritual leaders sometimes feel like lone rangers. There may be few people with whom they can step out of the role of minister and honestly reveal their own needs and struggles. Ministers are often quick to pour out their energies for the sake of others, but slow to care adequately for themselves. When tending to the needs of others becomes too much, they are at risk of burnout. This workshop considers the real challenges of life in ministry and explores the hopeful process of personal renewal, including habits for spiritual, emotional, and relational health and well-being.
